Trinity College Athletic Association Athletic photography
Members may apply to be designated photographers for certain athletic events throughout the school year. All photographers must commit to contacting the sport's (of their interest) team captain to arrange either photo shoots or candid shoots for practices or games. All photographers are qualified for special volunteer awards at the end of the year; TPC will present photographers certificates with a token of appreciation and TCAA will provide perks for the dedicated photographers.
All photographs taken by the photographers will be up for display on the Facebook page (TPC and TCAA), their respective websites & displayed in the Buttery of Trinity College.

Important guidelines for TCAA photographers
1. Those who participate are entitled to arrange photoshoots with their assigned sport's captain. 2. They should go to at LEAST photograph 2 events. (At least one official game) 3. Communication with TPC for current updates and status is mandatory. (This is to ensure everyone is doing well) 4. All photos sent to TCAA for display must be sent to TPC as well; the club will display all photographs in their allotted spaces throughout the campus/ online. Sending your photographs to TCAA/ TPC means you have agreed to allow us to display your photos. (all credits given to the photographer) 5. If prints are requested by the sports' team, please notify TPC/ TCAA and make sure to keep your receipt. 6. For every event you attend, please send 2 photos to TCAA/ TPC, indicating the sports & team.
All photographers will be rewarded with an honorarium at the end of the school year.
SnapShot of the Week
Every week, a member of the club will be responsible for taking a snapshot of Trinity College. The photo will be published in Trinity Alumni Magazine website.

Trinity College Special Events Photographer

Each year, volunteer photographers set out to document various big events of Trinity College. The Annual book sale, the solar panel installation (pictures are now hanging in Trinity Buttery), the Chancellor's talk - just to name a few. All the volunteers gets a certificate of recognition at the end of the year, issued by the Provost's office, bearing signatures from the offices that Trinity Photography Club had collaborated with. TCPD: Trinity College Photo Database

In collaboration with Trinity Magazine, Trinity Archive, and Trinity Office of Alumni Affairs, this on-going project aims to document the architecture, and events of Trinity College. Should any of the pictures in the database being used for any publishing purposes, the photographer will be notified and photo credit will be given. Photographers will also get a certificate of recognition at the end of the year, issued by the Provost's office.
